Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you.

During new launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, regional restrictions, logistical disruptions, or high-volume periods.

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select orders within India, based on serviceable pin codes and order value.

This option is currently supported in major cities and locations where delivery timelines are reliable. Orders placed using Cash on Delivery may require phone confirmation prior to dispatch.

Availability will be shown at checkout. A nominal COD fee may apply.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may offer complimentary shipping on select orders or during specific periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Soul Amae is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

We will review the issue and work towards a resolution.
