Refund policy

At Soul Amae, we encourage mindful purchasing, and we’re here to assist if something isn’t quite right.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or fit concerns, subject to availability.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit.

Returns (Store Credit)

We accept returns in select cases, issued as store credit only.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact

Once approved and received, you will be issued store credit equivalent to the product value.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method, except in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive an incorrect item

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events

Reverse Shipping

Reverse pickup will be arranged by us in select locations

Only in cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be required to ship the product back to us

Shipping charges for returns/exchanges may be applicable and will be communicated at the time of request.

  • Order number
  • Reason for request
  • Supporting images (if applicable)

Processing

  • Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days
  • Once approved, further instructions will be shared
  • Store credit/refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected

Important Notes

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are made at the discretion of Soul Amae to ensure fairness and quality control.
